Payment:
I accept payment by PayPal, which account accepts most credit/debit cards.
- PayPal will allow you to use their secure site as a "guest" even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Payment is due at time of purchase.
*Please provide your address in English, not in any other characters.
**Any taxes or customs fees added by your country, are at your own responsibility.

Shipping:
I ship internationally using Express Mail Service.
EMS includes insurance and a tracking number; usually you will receive your package up to 7 business days or less, delivered to you in person by courier.
All of the products listed are already made (unless otherwise specified) and I start the shipping process as soon as the payment clears.

*For made to order and custom items, the production time is specified for each item. 
**Please contact me if you intend to place an order for a special event and have a deadline; I’ll be happy to meet your needs if I can. (Please do this before you order)
***For Israeli customers only - Optional pick up from my studio.

Return & refund:
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send me a note as soon as possible, as it is important for me to know why.
For readymade items: If you don't like the item, I will refund your purchase price excluding shipping charges and a 15% of the purchase, when I receive the item back. You must send the item back to me as soon as possible, (please attach a proof of package delivery, date and time). The returned item must be NEW and UNUSED and in its original wrapping and package (I recommend that the item be sent back in the same kind of shipping I used, express mail delivery to my door with insurance and tracking).

For custom orders: I do not refund custom orders, as it is an item that can fit only you. However, if I decide to refund your purchase, the cost of the materials and labor up to that time of request of cancellation will be charged.

All refund claims are subject to my discretion. If a fault is found, the item can be repaired, replaced or credited.

There are no refunds and cancellations on clearance items, these are sold as is.

Gifts & gift cards:
All purchases arrive gift wrapped. I use beautiful craft paper for wrapping, which can be recycled, reused and composted if wanted.
All purchases can be send as gifts, to the recipient of your choosing, you can also add a note… ( just specify at note to seller that you’d like to send it as gift ).
You can also buy a gift card, with the amount of your choosing, please fill up the info of your recipient at the gift card form, and it will be sent to him/her.
